The benefits of this Mercury range cooker include the 5 burner gas hob, set on a stainless steel base and featuring a flame supervision device (FSD) on each burner for the ultimate in safety. Each burner has an individual cast iron pan support, including a central Wok burner pan support. The main oven is a multifuction oven including the following heat options; fan oven, conventional oven, combined fan oven (fan oven combined with conventional heating elements), fan grilling, defrost, base heat and browning element, all controlled by the stainless steel finish Hi Fi style controls. The other oven is a conventional fan assisted oven. These ovens contain telescopic heavy duty stainless stell shelving, and the seperate high speed dual element electric grill includes a robust easy glide tray for the ultimate in easy access.
