Our friendly and knowledgeable staff (About Us) are available to advise you on how to get the most out of your purchase, the availability of spare parts or consumables and to help with basic trouble shooting which might not require an engineer. We also have a team of experienced in-store engineers who carry out all our repairs and servicing of electrical equipment to a very high standard.
All repair and servicing of electrical goods is carried out on our Christchurch premises. In addition to repairs, our engineers also carry out professional servicing and refurbishment to keep your electrical equipment in tip top condition and reduce the need for repairs in the future.
You will always be kept up to date on the progress of your equipment's repair and can speak directly with the engineer repairing your electrical equipment.
You don't need to have bought your electrical equipment from us to have it repaired or serviced by our engineers. With many years experience in repairing electrical goods, our engineers are often able to repair items which their owners thought might be too old. Always ask, and we'll do our best!
